Every leadership team is having some version of the same conversation right now: what does AI actually change about how we structure our teams, and what capability do we need to build for what's coming?

Join us for a panel discussion tackling the question head-on: AI — jobs creator or destroyer?

We've brought together leaders who see the answer play out in real hiring and org-design decisions every day — not AI vendors selling a roadmap, but people on the front line of how work is actually changing:

- Tamba Sumana, Founder of Lucida (Search, Advisory & RPO), 20+ years across the jobs ecosystem

Drawing on the latest government data on AI and employment in Australia, we'll dig into the questions leadership teams are actually wrestling with: Is AI creating new roles, or just renaming old ones? Which jobs on your team are most exposed — and which are safest? What capability should you be building into your workforce now, before the decision gets made for you?

This isn't a session on AI tools. It's a conversation for any leader — across HR, engineering, product, operations or the C-suite — who's curious what AI means for their team, their structure, and the capability they'll need to compete.
