Chris is a Managing Director in Digital, Risk Advisory Services and is the National Head of Privacy & Data Protection for BDO UK. He is responsible for developing the firm’s privacy and data protection advisory methodologies and ensuring the quality of work delivered to clients. Chris has led the privacy and data protection advisory team for several years, delivering a range of privacy and data protection assurance and advisory services to clients across the public and private sector in the UK and globally. Specialising in advisingclients on data protection and privacy issues which includes the UK Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Christopher also sits on the BDO Global Privacy Group and has a strong knowledge of ever-changing privacy regulatory requirements across the Globe.

Dr Niamh Wylie, Researcher and Lecturer, TCD LinkedIn
Niamh is a researcher at TCD Economics, and formerly a lecturer in Derivatives and Financial Econometrics at Trinity Business School. She has a degree in actuarial mathematics and worked for 16 years in financial markets in Dublin and London, across trading, derivatives and investment management. Niamh started her career trading interest rate futures and currency forwards for IIB Bank (now KBC Bank Ireland), and after 5 years moved to Ulster Bank to design structured investment products. She later transferred to Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London, where she worked with equity derivatives.Following RBS, Niamh moved to Coutts as a director, where she worked on managing discretionary investment portfolios for high-net worth clients. Niamh has been a guest speaker and lecturer at Trinity College since 2017 in the subjects of Derivatives, Investment Analysis, Asset Allocation, Investments, Introduction to Finance, Fixed Income & Alternative Investments, Financial Econometrics and Money & Banking. Her recently designed new Postgraduate courses, ‘Machine Learning for Economists’ and ‘Financial Markets and Big Data’, received the highest module evaluations in TCD Economics.
