About this Event
In this forward-looking masterclass, participants will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping the world of work and what organizations must do to prepare their talent for the future. By examining current technological, economic, and workforce trends, the session will challenge participants to:
Understand how AI is transforming roles, skills, and professions
Identify the capabilities and mindsets required for continuous learning in the AI era
Explore how organizations can bridge the skills gap and future-proof their workforce
Rather than treating AI as a replacement for human judgment, the session emphasizes AI as an enabler of better decisions, productivity, and innovation. Together, we’ll examine real-world examples and practical strategies that highlight how AI can augment talent, redefine careers, and help organizations remain competitive in an increasingly complex environment.
Following the masterclass, connect with IE students, alumni, our local representative, and other professionals during a networking gathering.
