AI Step by Step Workshop 1: Business Process Audit (EAST COLFAX)
About this Event
💻 Artificial Intelligence – Step by Step is a 6-week hands-on workshop series for Denver business owners. This isn't a lecture about what AI could do. Bring your laptop, and you'll leave each session with AI working inside your own business, with a live instructor at your side.
Small groups only, so everyone gets hands-on help. Each workshop stands on its own, but they build on each other, so come to all of them if you can.
Workshop 1: Business Process Audit
Monday, January 4 · 6–9pm
Find out exactly where AI will save your business the most time, and leave with a plan and your first quick win.
What we'll cover:
• Map how your business really runs: lead intake, follow-up, scheduling, quotes and invoices, customer questions, content, reporting.
• Find the time drains: spot the repetitive, rules-based tasks that eat your week and are ready for AI.
• Score every opportunity: a simple impact-vs-effort method to rank what to automate first, and what to leave alone.
• Check your data: where your customer and business info lives, and what needs cleaning up before AI can use it.
• Set guardrails: what should always stay human, how to protect customer privacy, and where to keep a review step.
• Build your first quick win live: set up one AI-assisted task in class, like answering common customer emails or summarizing meetings into action items.
You'll walk out with:
• A written audit of your top workflows
• A ranked AI roadmap for the next 90 days
• An estimate of the hours you could get back each week
• One working AI process already saving you time
