We’ll start by framing how AI fits into modern marketing work, then move quickly into hands-on application. You’ll see how tools like writing (ChatGPT), design (Canva), email (Mailchimp), video (Descript), and automation (Zapier) work together, get practical Mailchimp training led by a Mailchimp instructor with an introduction to its AI supported features, and learn how to create simple custom GPTs that support repeatable everyday marketing tasks.

What You’ll Need

• Basic familiarity with general marketing workflows, but no prior AI experience required
• A laptop for hands on activities
• You’ll need access to ChatGPT Plus and Mailchimp’s Standard plan, both paid accounts, but if you don’t have them we will help you sign up during the workshop and you can still follow along. (Mailchimp offers a 2-week free trial period.)
