AI in Practice for Fashion Ecommerce & Digital Marketing
About this Event
What if a single day could give you AI tools, workflows and confidence, empowering you to unlock growth & efficiency ?
Most fashion ecommerce and digital marketing teams are already using AI in some form.
Is it is genuinely helping?
For lean teams, the pressure is real. Ecommerce is more complex. Paid media is more expensive. Customer behaviour is harder to read. Product data is fragmented. Teams are being asked to make faster decisions with less time and less room for wasted spend.
Events can be useful, but many are too broad to support the operational detail that actually moves the needle.
This workshop is designed to be different.
AI in Practice is a personalised in-person workshop built specifically for fashion brands managing ecommerce, paid media and growth with lean teams.
Hosted by Future Fashion Assembly and delivered with expert AI Marketing partner, Push Group, the day is designed around practical fashion ecommerce challenges.
You will work with your own data, your own product catalogue and your own Meta account insights to build useful tools, workflows and outputs you can continue using after the session.
This is not a passive AI event.
It is a working day for teams who want to understand where AI can support better decisions, stronger creative, cleaner product data, improved performance insight and clearer next steps.
Who this is for
This workshop is for Ecommerce and Marketing teams responsible for ecommerce, paid media, trading, growth, CRM, product or digital performance. It is particularly relevant if you are asking:
- How can we make better use of our existing customer data?
- Which products are genuinely contributing to commercial performance?
- How can we improve our product feed without slowing the team down?
- Which paid creative is working, which is wasting budget and why?
- How can AI help us make better decisions without adding more complexity?
- How do we build AI powered workflows that are practical enough to use after the workshop?
Each brand may bring up to two team members.
What the day will cover
1. Audience and customer intelligence
You will explore how to enrich, normalise and analyse your own customer data in real time, using sources such as GA4, Shopify and Klaviyo.
The aim is to uncover channel performance, audience patterns and repeat purchase behaviour that often sits across disconnected reports or takes an analyst significant time to build.
You will leave with customer personas grounded in your own data, ready to use in creative and commercial decisions.
2. Product performance and feed optimisation
Revenue does not always tell the full story.
You will identify your top 20% Shopify SKUs by genuine commercial contribution, including revenue, margin and repeat purchase.
From there, the session will support product title and description improvements aligned to Google Merchant Centre requirements, search intent and your brand voice.
You will leave with a compliant CSV for your best-performing products and a repeatable process for the rest of your catalogue.
3. Paid media and creative analysis
Before the workshop, Push Group will run a creative intelligence analysis on your Meta ad account.
This will assess which creative is working, which is burning budget and why.
During the session, you will use that analysis to generate structured creative briefs, including messaging angle, hook type, visual structure and script outline, all based on what has actually worked in your own account.
You will leave with a clearer view of where to invest next and the briefs to act on it.
4. Open challenges
This session is shaped around the room.
Topics may include attribution, creative production, Klaviyo, team AI adoption or other ecommerce challenges raised by participating brands.
The aim is rapid, practical problem-solving in a small room of peers facing similar pressures.
You will not be expected to share confidential information. What you choose to share is entirely up to you. The value comes from shared challenges, not shared numbers.
5. A glimpse of what is coming
The day will also look ahead to where AI is heading in the next 6 to 12 months, from brand discoverability in AI search engines to more connected systems that reduce manual work.
This will include live examples from brands already moving in this direction.
