We’ll dive into the tangible productivity gains – and the gaps – separating teams that leverage AI effectively from those who don't. We’ve assembled a panel of genuine communications super-users to share their AI secrets, including the tools they're using and how they're using them.
- Asha Oberoi, Head of Corporate Reputation and Managing Director, FTI Consulting will demonstrate real-world examples of AI workflows in motion - including a live look at how she collaborates with an AI agent (who might just make a guest appearance on the panel), plus lessons she's learnt along the way.
- Megan Thomas, Director, Buzz Communications and Immediate Past President, IABC NSW will share the practical skills all communicators need to master to get better outcomes from AI, along with some of her favourite use cases. Fresh from her chapter in the recently published book The AI Edge, she'll also give you a checklist for advising on AI at a strategic level.
- Joy Lu, Communications Lead, Canva will share insights about the workflows Canva has built across its communications team, and how the communications fuction has helped the wider company to adopt AI.
