AI Hackathon for Technically-Skilled Jobseekers in the West Midlands
About this Event
At The Cloud Crew, we support people of all ages, to launch, or re-connect, with their technology careers. We run a free community that provides access to build work experience, make inductry connections and other activities to increase your credibiilty as a technology professional. We help you to get noticed by employers.
This hackathon is being sponsored by Coventry City Council and West Midlands Combined Authority. If you have technical skills and are struggling to break into your tech career - this event is for you.
Join us for two in-person days on the 9th and 16th November, where you'll join a team of other skilled jobseekers, as well as a technical Coach. You'll create and build a Case Management System, using AI and other tools.
At the end of the 16th November, you'll present your solution to a panel of potential employers. There is also a Showcase event on the 25th November - a second opportunity to present eh solutions and to meet other potential hiring managers from across the region.
The event is free to join. We are holding an information session, in-person in Coventry on the 2nd November and a virtual event on the 4th November, if you have any questions. We hope to see you at the Hackathon!
