AI Founder Playbook: Defend Your Roadmap & OKRs (for employees & founders)
About this Event
AI Founder Playbook: Defend Your Roadmap & OKRs
Turn OKRs into pillars, then into the projects that actually roll up. Most people cannot connect the work they do daily to the goals they are measured against. Build your own map live in one sitting, get feedback on it, and leave with a roadmap you can defend. Dinner & drinks included. Remote option available.
You have OKRs. You have a roadmap. You have a list of things you are working on this quarter. What you probably do not have is a defensible line connecting the third thing to the first.
Product Strategy Prioritization is the operator's counterpart to a competitive landscape analysis. It takes your business goals and OKRs, breaks them into strategic pillars, and maps the actions and projects sitting under each pillar so you can see which ones actually roll up to the outcome and which ones are just busy.
This is a build session, not a lecture. Short teaching up front, then you make your own map live in an interactive tool, then you get feedback on it from the room and from Alisha.
You will leave with
- A finished Product Strategy Prioritization Map for your own role, product, or company
- The metrics you will use to know whether each pillar is working
- A way to defend your prioritization to a leadership team, a board, or a skeptical stakeholder
- Feedback on your actual map, not on a case study
Who it is for
Founders, product managers, engineers, and operators working inside startups and companies who want to trace their own work up to OKRs and KPIs, and define the metrics that prove it.
The format
Doors at 6:00. Teaching and build from 6:15. Dinner and drinks are included and there is time to actually talk to people. Capped at 30 so everyone gets help. Remote option available.
