AI for the Analytical Real Estate Professional is a monthly lunch for full time professionals in real estate, lending, and insurance who are building with AI and want to compare notes. The deal is simple. Bring one thing you've built, tested, or learned, and leave with ideas from people who serve the same clients you do.
What happens each month
1. Quick intros: your name, your role, and the AI tool you used most this month
2. Three live demos (about 7 minutes each) from members showing a real workflow: CMAs, lead follow up, market reports, transaction checklists, policy comparisons, renewal reminders, content, loan scenarios, whatever they're building
3. Open roundtable: what's working, what flopped, and where you're stuck
4. One takeaway: everyone leaves with one thing to try before next month
Who it's for
Realtors and real estate agents, insurance agents and professionals, lenders, title and escrow, investors, property managers, appraisers, and anyone else working full time in the homebuying world who likes numbers, systems, and cutting out busywork. Curious beginners are welcome. Come ready to share, even if it's a small win or a failed experiment.
What it's not
No sales pitches. No vendor demos. Nobody is selling a course.
Lunch is provided. Seats are capped at 25 to keep it a real conversation, so please register only if you plan to attend, and release your seat if plans change. Registration closes at noon the day before so we can order lunch.
