As well as your MVP, you'll also leave with a clear understanding of your product's viability, as well as a prioritised roadmap. You'll have built the right thing, knowing it's properly vetted before a single line of code is written.

Before the day, we'll run a 30-minute call to define your challenge and ensure the day is set up to succeed. Then, two weeks after the event, we'll schedule a follow-up call to review how the product is going.

MORNING - Discover and plan

Every successful product starts with solving the right problem.

We'll start by defining the idea you have and problem it solves. Then using your knowledge of your market and industry, we'll help you strip your new venture down to its single core revenue driver.

We'll stress-test the concept, ruthlessly assess the scope, and identify exactly what's going to give you the most commercial value. Once this is defined, we'll look at what moves to the nice-to-haves.

We'll challenge assumptions, simplify where necessary and focus on building something people can actually use.

Once we've found the secret sauce, we'll begin mapping out the data flows, user experience, and the tech stack which'll get you working fastest - all bespoke to your business.

By lunch time, we'll have a clear product plan and agreed MVP spec ready for development.

AFTERNOON - Build your product

The afternoon is for building. We'll work side-by-side with you to design, develop and integrate a functioning MVP that addresses your agreed scope. This includes AI workflows, custom logic, data capture, user interfaces and deployment.

Projects could include AI-powered SaaS, a customer portal, web app, live dashboard or more. Your goal isn't a finished enterprise platform - it'll be a working solution that can be built upon.
