Get ready for a night of laughter and glamour with one of South Africa's top stand-up drag comedians, Lilly Slaptsilli! With her dazzling wit and show-stopping looks, Lilly is sure to deliver a memorable performance.This special fundraising event, presented by Animals Have Rights 2 (AHR2), is entirely driven by dedicated community volunteers. Step into the Observatory Community Hall at 7:00 PM and see it magically transformed with unique decor all created by the AHR2 team.

On Friday 13th June our beloved local hall was transformed into a welcoming space filled with familiar faces, warm hugs and smiles all round. And when the bands started playing our feet started tapping and dancing was enjoyed. This event was totally wonderful, I mostly enjoyed seeing so many familiar faces and the warm peaceful respectful atmosphere felt by everyone in attendance. I am so looking forward to the next in a months time. Thankyou Hazel for creating once again a space where we can enjoy being South Africans together.
The fundraising concert for AHR2 on Friday the 13th, was an event that brought together some of the best people in Observatory. It was a glorious evening filled with great people, delicious food, and fantastic music. It was so lovely to be able to connect with others that care for animals like I do. Please keep the obs space open for all of us to enjoy different events.
I am just writing to thank and congratulate you on a wonderfully successful event yesterday evening.
