AHEC: Healthy Eating Day

Join Northeast Florida's Area Health Education Center in this Healthy Eating Everyday program. The Healthy Eating Everyday program offers a 1-hour session once a week for 14 weeks to help participants learn the right balance of foods for optimal health, how to develop and maintain healthy eating habits, and skills to cope with triggers for unhealthy eating.

The program is designed for adults 60+, and it is free.
