Hey all, I will be hosting an off road day trip featuring the famous Gillespie dam, haunted Gillespie bridge, and a cool trail that runs along the abandoned agua caliente railroad, where the famous Amtrak train derailed in 2013. We will meet up at 8am at Dunkin Donuts off of Watson and Sundance, south of I10 in buckeye. From there, we'll head out to the old Gillespie Dam and haunted bridge. From there, we will hop on the old Agua Caliente Railroad trail, passing where the amtrak train derailed in 2013. 4wd required as the washes will be sandy. Stock vehicles with 4wd should be fine. Bring a lunch as we will eat along the trail. Who's in?
