Agomoni - The Divine Arrival

Agomoni is a devotional presentation celebrating the arrival of Durga through Sanskrit stotras, ragas, music, dance and instrumental performances. This programme is envisioned as an amalgam of tradition and creativity, bringing together accomplished artistes. It aims to blend the essence of agomoni, the welcoming of Durga, with the spirit of Navratri.

At its core, this initiative is a tribute to womanhood itself. It is an artistic offering that fosters community harmony, spiritual reflection and social awareness. By providing a platform to artistes, Maitrayee Performing Arts aims to empower their voices, preserve our rich heritage and inspire younger generations to connect with their cultural roots.
