Agnolotti is a beautiful filled pasta that may look complicated but is actually easy to make at home. Our very own Italian Chef John will share his family recipes and techniques that will enable you to prepare this delicious and impressive pasta from scratch. Then we will prepare a sauce or two and enjoy eating what we made in class! Throw in some homemade Focaccia bread and we will have a feast to remember!
