The Annual General Meeting of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. will be held as follows: Date: Thursday 25 September 2025 Time: 5:30PM
Venue: Boon Collective, 32 Boon Street (upstairs)
All members and interested individuals are welcome to attend.

1. Welcome and introductions - Chamber Board & Team
2. Apologies
3. Conflicts of Interest
4. Minutes of the previous AGM
5. Adopt the Annual Report on EBOP Chamber
6. Adopt the Treasurer’s Report and annual financial statements
7. Present & Adopt changes to constitution
8. Election of Board Members
9. General Business (All business to be discussed must be requested in writing prior to the meeting)
Any Member may request that a motion be added to the general business of a General Meeting by giving written notice to the EBOP Chamber no later than Thursday 11 September 2025. The board will decide whether it can be discussed at the AGM.
