THE 96TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 30th MARCH AT 8:00PM TO CONDUCT THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS
1. To receive the Treasurers report, a report from the Auditor and the Audited Financial Statement
2. To receive the Secretary’s Report
3. To receive the report from the Committee
4. To elect Auditors
5. To declare Officers and Committee
6. Vote of thanks to outgoing committee
7. Additional Agenda Items
The Secretary must receive in writing any additional items to be added to the agenda at least 5 days before the date of the AGM

CANDIDATES WILL BE PROPOSED AND SECONDED FROM THE FLOOR
