AGM AND REVIEW OF THE YEAR
The AGM will be followed by an account of events and progress in managing the hill, given by Portsmouth CC Countryside Officer Richard Jones. The objectives of the Friends of Portsdown Hill are:
to preserve the character, wildlife and recreational value of the geographic unit of Portsdown Hill;
to promote the general public awareness and understanding of the countryside of Portsdown Hill;
to support the Portsdown Hill Countryside Service;
to do all such lawful things as shall further the attainment of the above objects; and
the Friends shall be non political.�
Membership is open to all those supporting these objectives, subscription currently £5pa.
