Last December 2025, Mabuhay House Society had the privilege of meeting with and presenting our current proposal to Hon. Anne Kang, Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport, alongside Hon. Adrian Dix, Minister of Energy and Climate Solutions, and Hon. Mable Elmore, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.During this meeting, Mabuhay House Society shared our past initiatives, current programming, and future vision. We were grateful to receive positive feedback, encouragement, and valuable recommendations from the Ministers, which will help guide our work moving forward. We are honoured by the support shown and look forward to building on this momentum.
If you would like to learn more about what was presented, we will be sharing highlights from our presentation during our 2025 Annual General Meeting on January 24, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Creekside Community Centre. A major highlight of the AGM will be the unveiling of our future proposal.
