AGL Community DNA Pop Up Event Dallas: Heritage. Health. Healing
About this Event
What if one community experience could help you discover where your family came from, understand what may run in your family, and use that knowledge to help shape healthier generations ahead?
AfriGenetry Link invites you to the AGL Community DNA Pop Up Event, a free, interactive heritage and health experience created with Africans and people of African descent at its heart.
This is a space for Africa and its global diaspora to explore heritage, health, identity, family connection, and reconnection together, while welcoming the wider community to participate, learn, and connect.
The experience begins with three powerful questions:
WHO AM I?
WHERE DO I COME FROM?
WHAT RUNS IN MY FAMILY?
Participants will move through an interactive journey exploring DNA, ancestry, genealogy, family connections, genomic health, family health history, inherited risk, prevention, culture, and community.
