Aging Gracefully: Mobility
Enhance your mobility, balance, and overall well-being in this gentle, adaptive dance program for senior citizens. Held during the day in a comfortable, welcoming environment, the program runs for four weeks, with classes that combine seated and supported standing exercises inspired by modern and social dance styles. Each week builds on the last, helping participants steadily increase strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination. Simple movement patterns also stimulate memory and focus, while the supportive atmosphere encourages social connection and self-expression. No dance experience is required—just wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
