Agile Yorkshire brings together people from across Agile and technology to learn from one another, share practical experiences and build meaningful connections.
This October, we’re changing the format at Agile Yorkshire. We’ll begin with a 30-minute speaker session before bringing together experienced professionals from across the technology industry for a panel discussion exploring coaching, recruitment, professionalism, leadership and personal development.ve with fresh ideas, practical insights and new connections to take back to your team.

1) Amy Lynch (18:35–19:05) • 30 Minutes
Our Speaker
Amy Lynch will open the evening with a 30-minute presentation before joining our panel discussion later in the evening.
Amy is Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Thoughtworks UK and has worked with technology teams for over a decade. She is passionate about social justice, amplifying underrepresented voices and helping create a more equitable technology industry.
2) Panel Discussion (19:15–20:15) • 60 Minutes
Following the break, we’ll bring together professionals from across the technology industry for a 60-minute panel discussion exploring coaching, recruitment, professionalism, leadership and personal development.
Bianca Spruit
Founder of Sprout Coaching, Bianca brings more than 20 years of technology industry experience and works with leaders and managers to build stronger, high-performing teams.
Clement Pickering
Clem is an ICF-credentialed coach and technology leader with 24 years' experience spanning software engineering, Agile coaching, consulting and leadership.
Amy Lynch
Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Thoughtworks UK, Amy brings extensive experience in technology, inclusion and creating workplaces where people from different backgrounds can thrive.
Tom Hoyland
Tom is an experienced Agile and technology delivery leader, coach and mentor with nearly 20 years in technology and extensive experience leading Agile and digital transformations.
Panel Moderator – Richard Thomas
Richard Thomas, from the Agile Yorkshire Steering Group, will moderate the discussion and guide the conversation across the evening’s key themes.
