Due to popular demand, we’re bringing back our Homeschool Hangout! Join us at the library once a month to meet other local homeschool families, do an activity together, and enjoy some yummy snacks. Not in the mood to participate in the activity? That’s okay! You are welcome to come just hang out, chat, and play a board game.
This month, Officer Maney and K9 Jochie from the Watertown Police Department are coming to the library to teach us about the job of police officers and the special role of their K9 partners. There will be a session at 10:30am and one at 11:00am. Both sessions will contain the same content. Participants in each session will be determined on a first come first served basis. No reservations.
This event is for ages 3-17. 18-year-olds still in high school are welcome to attend. The K9 Workshop will take place in the South Reading Room. The snacks and board games will be in the Community Room. Snacks and board games will be available for the duration of the event.
