Join us for the second CWAI AI Meetup, where we will explore Agentic AI in Enterprise: From AI Pilots to Business Value.

At our first meetup, we looked at how organizations build, deploy, and evaluate AI systems in practice. This time, we will focus on the next step: how organizations are moving beyond standalone AI applications towards more autonomous and agentic systems.

The event will bring together different perspectives from across the AI ecosystem, from designing and building AI agents to enterprise adoption and the technical practices required to make these systems reliable enough for production.

We will explore where AI agents are creating real value today, what challenges organizations still face, and what it actually takes to move from experimentation and pilots to production-ready solutions.

Expect practical talks, real implementation experiences, technical discussions, an expert panel, and networking with people working across AI, data, engineering, product, startups, and research.

About the Event:

CWAI AI Meetups is a meetup series focused on practical and real-world applications of AI.

We explore modern AI technologies, tools, workflows, and real implementation experiences across industry, startups, and research environments. The goal is to move beyond theory and hype and create meaningful conversations about how AI is actually designed, deployed, and used in practice.

What to Expect:

· Three practical talks covering technology, enterprise adoption, and production reliability

· Real-world implementation stories

· Technical discussions and lessons learned

· An expert panel on enterprise readiness

· Networking with people working across AI, data, product, and engineering

The meetup is especially relevant for data scientists, ML engineers, developers, technical product profiles, AI practitioners, startup builders, researchers, and PhD students, as well as women transitioning into technical AI roles and professionals interested in applied AI and emerging technologies.

The initiative is organized by Connected Women in AI (CWAI) with a strong focus on increasing female participation, visibility, and networking in technical AI communities in Denmark.

The event is open and inclusive to everyone interested in practical AI and emerging technologies.

Connected Women in AI (CWAI) is a community focused on supporting and connecting women working in AI, data, and technology.

CWAI creates spaces for learning, networking, collaboration, and visibility through events, meetups, and community-driven initiatives.

The AI Meetup series is organized by the CWAI AI Development Committee with the goal of strengthening female participation and representation in technical AI communities in Denmark.
