Ageless Wellness Group with Shaunda Davis

Through fun and active meetups, the Ageless Wellness group provides tools to older people that promote connection, self-care, mental health and wellness support through a culturally responsive lens. The Ageless Wellness group allows people to meet in person and engage in fun activities, learn positive/healthy coping skills, and decompress from the everyday stressors of life as they navigate their new life stages and roles.
