Aged Care Consortium 25 Sept 2025 - In Person
The Aged Care Consortium Symposium will be held on 25 September 2025, in a hybrid format, in person at 28 Park Avenue and accessible online.
This symposium will convene a diverse network of individuals and organisations dedicated to promoting the wellbeing and equitable care of older adults in Aotearoa New Zealand. It will provide a collaborative space for discussion and knowledge sharing on the challenges and opportunities of ageing.
Core themes of the symposium include:
- Enhancing the health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life for older people across Aotearoa New Zealand
- Co-creating solutions with older individuals, placing their lived experiences, needs, and aspirations at the heart of research and innovation
- Addressing social and health inequities, with a focus on underserved and marginalised communities
- Supporting transdisciplinary collaboration across sectors and disciplines
- Delivering innovative and creative responses to real-world ageing challenges, fostering a flourishing later life
