Doors open at 9:00 AM Start time for the first game is a bit after 9:30 AM
There is a short lunch break
This will be an ITC event Entry fees are $15 paid at the site Awards
will be for 1st, 2nd and Coolest Army (best painted, conversions, etc)

Conversions and Counts As are fully accepted but Proxy’s are not. (So,
you can’t use a space marine model as your Plaguebearer or Coke can as
Blood Thirster). You could use a Fyreslayer converted with chains and
anvils as a Wrathmonger or a Reaper Fomorian as an Aleguzzler Gargant.
Bases sizes must be those in the AoS base size FAQ. 2000 point list
using the rules and restrictions provided in the Pitched Battle
section from the current General’s Handbook.
Uploaded lists must be in BCP the day before the event.
Upload it into the Best Coast Pairings App using Warscroll Builder (or
the App if you have to). Don’t use 3rd party list builders.
In Warscroll Builder once you build the complete list, then to upload
the list click on the list summary at the top, (?).
Copy and past that into the list submission section of the BCP app.
Additional Rules:
1. All pregame abilities must be listed on the army roster(e.g.
spells, warlord traits, etc)
2. Your army must include it’s Grand Strategy.
3. Realm Rules from the will be used at the event.
4. Your force will be a 2000 point list using the rules and
restrictions provided in the Pitched Battle Battlepack section from
GHB.
5. Lists must be in BCP. Upload it into the Best Coast Pairings App
using Warscroll Builder.
Build the complete list, then to upload the list click on the list
summary at the top, (?). Copy and paste that into the list submission
section of the BCP app. Lists will be posted for public view the day
prior to the event.
6. If you fail to upload your list as TEXT file or fail to upload a
list you lose all ties
7. Any new Battletomes without FAQs will have rulings made at the
start of the event
8. FAQs posted prior to the list submission deadline would be in effect.
9. Being late by more than 15 minutes for your match can be declared a forfeit
10. The Mysterious Landscape rules will not be used.
Missions: Head-On Collision, The Prize of Gallet, The Lurkers Below
Winners determined by Wins, Points, Battle Tactics, and Grand
Strategies accomplished.
