Fresh off a weekend at the Agave Heritage Festival in Tucson, Lou is rolling into BARCOA with two incredible raicilla producers for an intimate conversation about one of Mexico’s most exciting—and least understood—agave spirits.

Together, they’ll take us deep into the Sierras of Jalisco, and offroad towards the coast of Jalisco, where raicilla is made with wild agaves, mountain water, and generations of tradition.
