Join us at our Agape Moms Tampa Bay Brandon morning group Fall kickoff on August 21st! It will be a fun and casual get-together where you will learn about the group and our new study “Philippians: finding joy when life is hard”, get to know our awesome ladies, and enjoy some coffee and snacks. Kids are welcome and childcare is available! Then we will kick off our new study the following Thursday! This book study of Philippians reveals how true and lasting joy is centered around the gospel and the eternal hope we have in Jesus Christ alone!
Agape moms is a community of mamas seeking after Jesus as we navigate motherhood together. In our family, you’ll be encouraged, not in competition, empowered, not just getting by, and embraced, regardless of your performance. The truth of the gospel unleashes us to live lives of purpose for God in everyday, messy mom-life.
This wonderful group exists because we were created for community! There’s no need to “mom” alone!
We welcome moms of all ages and in all stages of motherhood! We care for each other like family in the highs and lows of life, and walk together on mission for Jesus.
Agape Moms Tampa Bay is celebrating our 9th year this fall! Our founder Laura beautifully puts our mission into words! She writes “Agape love is God's unconditional love for us and the unconditional love we can have for each other in Jesus- this is the heartbeat of Agape Moms.”
Maybe you've never been to a churchy-type group, or maybe all you’ve experienced are Bible studies focused on trying harder to be better. This group is different- we believe everything comes back to the Gospel, and this is good news that there's nothing we can do that's great enough to earn God's love or bad enough to lose it, Jesus' gift of grace is what everyone desperately needs.
At Agape Moms, we invite you to "bring your mess" with us, whether that’s the mess inside the minivan or the messes that run a little deeper in our hearts, we want you to bring the real you. "Bring your mess," but we promise not to leave you in it, we'll keep pointing each other back to Jesus in the trenches of motherhood.”
💕Agape Moms mission is equipping moms to make disciples, as we live on mission, in everyday, messy, mom-life.💕
We are real about our struggles, support and pray for each other, do Christ centered studies, and always point each other back to Jesus in everything!
We don’t just meet weekly, we do life together! We have monthly play dates and mom’s nights out to build community and enjoy some time together, and we show up for each other during the ups and downs of life.
Childcare will be available for our morning group kickoffs and studies!! (But your kids can stay with you at our morning groups if you prefer!)
