On va prendre des grandes décisions sur l’avenir de l’événement et de la communauté, décider les règles qu’on veut se fixer pour nous-mêmes et comment on s’organise pour donner vies à nos rêves sans chier sur ceux des autres. On va aussi parler de l’édition 2025.
Si tu t’es engagé.e pendant 10 heures comme volontaire pour L’OsstidBurn au cours des 2 dernières années, tu es membre de l’organisation. Non, tu n’as pas droit à des dédommagements, mais tu as un droit de vote, et une invitation :
Le dimanche 16 février de 14h à 17h, dans le lobby de LESPACEMAKER.
Y aura un ordre du jour et d’autres trucs pertinents d’ici là, mais c’est trop important pour laisser ça à plus tard : marque ton calendrier, et fais vraiment un effort pour venir.

We’re going to make major decisions about the future of the event and the community—deciding on the rules we want for ourselves and how we’ll organize to bring our dreams to life without stomping on someone else’s. We’ll also talk about the 2025 edition.
If you’ve volunteered for at least 10 hours for L’OsstidBurn over the past two years, you’re officially a member of the organization. No, you’re not entitled to any compensation, but you do get a vote—and an invitation:
Sunday, February 16th, from 2 PM to 5 PM, in the lobby of LESPACEMAKER.
There’ll be an agenda and other important details before then, but this is too big to push off: mark your calendar and really make an effort to come.
