Disc Golf at Salcey Forest
Disc golf is a great way to spend time in the forest with friends and family. Please make sure that you have good footwear as you will be hopping over logs etc in the forest and it could be muddy.
What to expect
Find a map panel showing the 9-hole course and explaining how to play.
This includes information about the length and suggested number of throws (par) for each hole at the tee and tips on how to grip and throw the disc.
To play you'll take aim and throw frisbee style discs at fixed targets through the forest. Like golf, the player that completes the course with the fewest throws wins! Watch a video by Disc Golf UK on how to play disc golf.
Depending on numbers we may split people into teams or stagger the start times.

οΏ½ NEED TO KNOW FOR THE AG SOCIAL CLUB
-This is a social event for AG members (Walking club, weekend warriors and social club members).
-This is a club organised by the members, for the members.
-Some events are free such as the book club, however, some events will have a fee for tickets.
-We allow each member to bring a maximum of two guests per event.
-You can attend two social events as a "try before you buy".
-Open to everyone (any gender, any age).
