Join us for a 4th-6th grade day camp filled with fun adventures and activities at Bay Port High School on Saturday, October 4th from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. FFA members instruct five, one hour interactive workshops related to agriculture. All workshops are filled with interactive hands-on activities! Attendees choose 3 out of 5 workshops to participate in. Registration is $60 per participant. Registration includes lunch, T-shirt and supplies for workshops. Registration is limited 80 participants. Registration is first come first served and closes on September 13th. If food allergy exists please send such with participant.
ON THE FARM
Learn about chickens, beef, and dairy cows. We’ll crack open an egg and learn about the parts
IN THE GARDEN
Learn the parts of a flower and make your own bouquet to take home

IN THE KITCHEN
Make ice cream and butter, and learn about the different tastes like bitter, sweet, salty
THE OUTDOORS
Learn to make a fishing lure, species diversity, and general hunter safety techniques
VETERINARY SCIENCE
Learn how to properly care for a variety of small animals and extract the DNA from a strawberry
