Summary
Earning the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) - Record of Completion gives tax preparers the right to discuss client tax information before IRS employees rather than only being able to request information. During this in-person workshop, your instructor will cover federal tax law topics in three domains: new tax law/recent updates; general review; and practices, procedures and professional responsibility. To engage in limited practice, an unenrolled preparer must agree to adhere to the practice requirements of Circular 230, Subpart B and Section 10.51. Learn the changes to the complex topics, along with tips and the necessary information to pass the examination and obtain the AFSP - Record of Completion on your first attempt.
Objectives
