Afternoon Tea: From the Land of Enchantment

For ages 16 & up

Celebrate the flavors of New Mexico  in style by joining us for an afternoon tea. We'll offer a few tips on making the perfect 'cuppa' as you enjoy a menu filled with a little spice. Attendees 21 & over will be welcomed with a glass of rose wine. 

For ages 18 & up. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

• Blue Cornmeal & Green Chile Madeleines

• Ricotta Toasts with Blistered Tomatoes & Chiles

• Hatch Scones with Cherry Jam & Clotted Cream 

• Bizcochitos (New Mexico's State Cookie)

• Pumpkin Empanaditas (Bite-sized Turnovers with Pumpkin Filling)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
