Afternoon Tea: A Sparkling Holiday Tea Party

For ages 21 & up

Set some time aside to relax with friends  during this busy holiday season. You'll  learn a little about the history of afternoon tea, pick up tips on how to host a tea, and enjoy a bevy of delightful bites. 

For ages 21 & up.

• Poinsettia (A Sparkling Wine Aperitif with Cranberry & Orange Juice)

• Salmon & Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

• Gougeres with Turkey & Cranberry Salad

• Cranberry-Pistachio Scones with Clotted Cream 

• Jam Tartlets with Christmas Preserves

• Sticky Toffee Pudding

• Speculaas (Spice Cookies) 

• Assorted Hot Teas

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
