Grief Café – Afternoon Gathering (2–4 PM)
Grief has no timeline, no rulebook, and no single path. At the Compassionate Grief Centre, we understand how heavy loss can feel—and how important it is to have a place where you can simply show up as you are.
Our Grief Café is a free, drop-in support space held every Monday afternoon from 2–4 PM. It’s a warm, welcoming environment where people can gather over coffee, tea, and quiet conversation. Whether you feel like talking or just need to be surrounded by others who understand, there’s a seat for you.
We always welcome new faces. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to share if you’re not ready. Just come as you are.
We know the hardest part is walking through the door—but we’ll be here to greet you when you do.
