Celebrate the beginning of spring by enjoying pleasant conversation, assorted flavors of tea, and delicious treats in a room decorated with flowers. Bradford County Public Library is hosting an Afternoon Tea on Monday, March 31 from 4 PM to 6 PM.
When you RSVP, please include the number of seats you would like to reserve. By calling Kathy's voicemail, (904) 368-3921, you will be added to the guest list.
