About this Event
The Midnight Moth: A reading and activity
Join Katy from DEAD GOOD CIC for a gentle, creative workshop for families as part of the Afterlives Festival.
Together, we’ll share a reading of The Midnight Moth, a beautifully lyrical picture book about darkness, fear, light, and remembering. Then, through simple, imaginative activities, children and their grown-ups will be invited to create a small, nature-inspired memorial ceremony and object for the Midnight Moth character.
Using drawing, storytelling and natural symbols, families will explore what it means to say goodbye in a way that feels calm and creative. The Midnight Moth sessions make space for curiosity, connection and imagination.
