About this Event
Afterhours @ NMAA is back! Join us for an afterhours and immerse yourself in Ay-Ō's Happy Rainbow Hell. Enjoy Ay-Ō’s world of sensory experience, with experimental art and music inspired by Fluxus, including a special performance by Chromic Duo and an exclusive curator tour of the exhibition. Experience the museum galleries open late, purchase exclusive cocktails, and enjoy making Ay-Ō’s signature finger boxes.
5:00–8:00 p.m.: Museum galleries are open late and food and drinks from local vendors are available to purchase.
5:00–8:00 p.m.: Create your own finger box inspired by Ay-Ō.
6:00-6:30 p.m.: Immersive performance by Chromic Duo.
6:30–7:00 p.m.: Curator talk on the exhibition Ay-Ō’s Happy Rainbow Hell.
7:15–7:45 p.m.: Immersive performance by Chromic Duo.
