AFTER-Breath-WORK is a weekly breathwork session designed specifically for the end of the working day. In 60 minutes, you'll move through three guided breathing techniques, each with its own purpose: releasing tension, rebalancing the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself.
No experience needed. No equipment required. Just breathe.
