After5Chicago - Soup, Salad or Sandwich: Physics Has the Answer
About this Event
Soup, Salad, or Sandwich: Using Physics to Figure Out What’s for Lunch
Join a Theoretical Physicist for Soup, Salad or Sandwich: Physics Has the Answer, a delightfully absurd and surprisingly rigorous exploration of how statistical physics can classify the foods we eat. Using the same mathematical tools scientists use to study complex systems, Dr. Leembruggen will tackle one of humanity’s most important unanswered questions: is every meal secretly a soup, salad, or sandwich?
Come hungry. Leave with answers. Or possibly with even stronger opinions.
Don't miss this chance to connect with your After5Society.
