This gently heated vinyasa class invites you to release the day’s tension while building strength and stability. Through intentional movement, breath, and flow, you’ll explore dynamic stretches, enhance joint mobility, and transition mindfully to restore balance in both body and mind.
All levels welcome.
-What to Bring: Water, towel, and your own mat if preferred. Complimentary mats available.
