Yoga Teacher Training often changes everything — and then suddenly ends. Maybe it's worth thinking about it now.

Many new teachers leave YTT feeling inspired, open, and transformed… but also uncertain, alone, and under-supported. The structure disappears, the questions begin, and the pressure to “be ready” can feel overwhelming.

After the YTT is a monthly online space created specifically for newly qualified yoga teachers who want support beyond certification.

This session focuses first on internal integration and emotional support, while also gently addressing the practical realities of teaching — so you’re not just teaching yoga, but living it in a sustainable, grounded way.

This is not another training.

It’s a place to pause, integrate, ask honest questions, and grow with guidance.

What We’ll Focus On

Internal Growth & Integration (Primary Focus)

• Navigating the emotional and identity shifts after YTT
• Processing post-training vulnerability, doubt, and imposter syndrome
• Integrating spiritual insights into everyday life (without pressure to be “perfect”)
• Rebuilding structure, self-trust, and purpose after training ends
• Learning how to support yourself as you continue to grow

Teaching Confidence & Technical Support

• Common early teaching challenges (sequencing, cueing, voice, timing)
• Teaching when confidence feels shaky
• Finding your authentic teaching voice
• Letting go of comparison and performance pressure
• Q&A for real-life teaching situations

Community & Connection

• A supportive space with other new teachers who get it
• Normalising struggles instead of hiding them
• Gentle discussion, reflection, and shared experience

Who This Is For

• Yoga teachers who have recently completed YTT (0–3 years)
• Teachers feeling unsure, disconnected, or overwhelmed after training
• Those wanting emotional grounding alongside practical support
• Teachers who don’t want to grow alone

No need to have everything figured out. Just come as you are.

• Live online session (Zoom)
• Guided reflection + teaching insight + open discussion
• Replay available for registered participants

Pricing

EARLY BIRD £250 (CPD) 12 sessions entry

• £30 per session
• £80 for a 3-session bundle
• £150 for a 6-session pass
• £300 for 12 sessions and CPD certificate of 18hrs
• £85 additional individual session booking is available and can be included into your CPD (contact organiser separately)
