After the Flowers Fade is a 2.5-hour couples workshop designed for couples who want more than surface-level romance. This experience focuses on what truly sustains a relationship: emotional intimacy, healthy communication, and understanding internal timing.

Two weeks after Valentine’s Day, this workshop invites couples to pause and honestly assess where they are internally—emotionally, relationally, and capacity-wise. Because strong relationships aren’t built on one day of celebration, but on awareness, intention, and consistent connection.

Couples will learn how to:

• Identify their current internal relationship phase
• Understand how timing and emotional capacity impact connection
• Communicate needs more clearly and safely
• Build intimacy that lasts beyond special occasions

This workshop is for couples who believe their relationship deserves more than flowers—it deserves a solid foundation.
