About this Event
After Hours is CIC Vancouver's regular pub night where you can connect with a community of fellow international affairs enthusiasts and experts in Vancouver.
This month, we'll be discussing Canada’s foreign policy choices as the United States pursues an assertive “Donroe Doctrine” approach in the Western Hemisphere, including recent U.S. military action and the capture of Venezuela’s president, heightened threats toward Iran, quest for Greenland, and what all of this means for Canadian interests and sovereignty.
Admission is free. Guests are welcome to order food and drinks from the Happy Hour menu and cover their own tab.
This is a space for everyone – regardless of background or expertise - to share ideas, meet new faces, and discuss a unique topic each month.
Please email [email protected] with any questions.
