⚠️ **EVENT POLICY & DISCLAIMER** ⚠️
By purchasing a ticket or attending this event, all guests acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
• This is a private, supervised, alcohol-free event. Admission is subject to event rules, venue policies, security procedures, and lawful capacity limitations.
• Professional venue security and adult supervision will be present throughout the event.
• Small handbags are allowed. No large bags are permitted.
• No drugs, alcohol, marijuana, vaping or smoking devices, illegal or controlled substances, weapons, dangerous items, or illegal materials are permitted under any circumstances. Alcohol will not be sold, served, supplied, or permitted at the event.
• Fighting, threats, harassment, bullying, unwanted physical or sexual contact, sexual misconduct, theft, intentional property damage, or any other dangerous, disruptive, or unlawful behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Guests who appear intoxicated or impaired, possess prohibited items, present a safety concern, or refuse to cooperate with security may be denied entry or removed from the event.
• All guests and permitted bags are subject to lawful security screening upon entry. Refusal to comply with required screening may result in denial of entry without refund to the extent permitted by law.
• Entry is not guaranteed once lawful or permitted event capacity is reached. Guests arriving after the stated door-closing time may be denied entry.
• No re-entry is permitted after a guest exits the event.
• Any individual found in possession of prohibited items or engaging in prohibited, unsafe, threatening, disruptive, or unlawful activity may be immediately removed from the event without refund to the extent permitted by law.
• Attendees must comply with all reasonable instructions given by venue staff, professional security, and authorized event staff.
• Event staff and security reserve the right, consistent with applicable law, to refuse entry or remove any individual when reasonably deemed necessary for safety, security, enforcement of event rules, or event operations.
• Any guest experiencing or witnessing violence, harassment, unwanted sexual contact, a medical emergency, or another serious safety concern should immediately notify professional security or event staff.
• All ticket sales are final. No refund will ordinarily be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, violation of event or venue policies, possession of prohibited items, intoxication or impairment, refusal to comply with security procedures, removal for misconduct, or use of an invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, or improperly transferred ticket.
• If purchasing multiple tickets for other guests, tickets must be transferred into the actual attendees’ names before the event to help maintain an accurate guest list and attendance count.
• Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended personal property.
• Attendance at a crowded entertainment event involves ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks, including accidental contact with other attendees, slips or falls, crowd movement, loud music, and similar inherent risks. By attending, guests voluntarily assume such ordinary and inherent risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, guests agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, staff, promoters, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising solely from risks voluntarily assumed by the attendee, the attendee’s violation of these policies, or the independent unlawful acts of third parties where liability is not otherwise imposed by law. Nothing in this policy waives or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
• Attendees are responsible for their own actions and may be held responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from their own unlawful or wrongful conduct.
• By entering the event, guests acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur for event documentation and promotional purposes. Any use of an attendee’s image remains subject to applicable law. Guests with concerns regarding photography should notify event staff.
• Event details, including time, location, DJs/programming, admission procedures, and other operational details, may be changed when reasonably necessary due to safety requirements, venue requirements, emergencies, circumstances outside the organizers’ reasonable control, or other legitimate operational needs.
• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or relocation, any applicable refund, credit, or rescheduling rights will be determined by the announced cancellation policy, ticketing-platform requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
• Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, event policies, and reasonable safety instructions. If applicable law or venue requirements impose stricter requirements than this policy, those requirements control.
• Failure to enforce any provision of this policy on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision on another occasion.
• If any provision of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Event organizers and staff implement safety and security measures intended to reduce foreseeable risks; however, no event can guarantee that every incident will be prevented, and nothing in this policy constitutes a guarantee of absolute safety.
