⚠️ IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE YOU PURCHASE⚠️

1. THIS EVENT IS FOR NHS JUNIORS, SENIORS & THEIR DATES
   All attendees must show a valid school ID at entry. Non-Northfield students are welcome if they are attending as the date of a Northfield student, but they must check in with their Northfield date and show their own school ID.
2. ATTENDEE NAMES ADDED AFTER PURCHASE
   You’ll be prompted to enter the attendee names after completing your purchase. Eventbrite will guide you through this step right after checkout, so don’t worry if you don’t see a name field during payment.
3. BY PURCHASING, YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW EVENT WAIVER
   Your ticket purchase confirms that you have read and agreed to the event waiver. Please make sure to review the waiver details before completing your order.

(“Event”)

By purchasing a ticket for and/or attending the Event, the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”) on behalf of themselves and their minor student (“Student” or “Participant”) agree to the following:

I understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness (including communicable diseases), property damage, slips, falls, altercations with other participants, and transportation-related accidents to and from the Event.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Student’s participation in the Event, whether known or unknown.

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, I, on behalf of myself and my Student, hereby waive, release, and discharge the Event organizers, The Local Drive, The Stanley Marketplace, their owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Event.

This release includes, without limitation, claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties, but does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This release applies to injuries, losses, or damages occurring before, during, or after the Event.

I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the Student and have full legal authority to execute this Agreement on the Student’s behalf.

I understand that this Agreement is binding on both the Student and me.

I understand that this is a supervised event; however, parents/guardians remain responsible for their Student once the Student leaves the venue, whether voluntarily or due to dismissal for violation of Event rules.

The Event does not provide individual supervision for each Student at all times.

The Event does not provide or supervise transportation to or from the Event unless expressly stated otherwise. I understand that transportation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Parent/Guardian and Student.

Students are expected to follow all Event rules and behave respectfully and safely. The Event reserves the right to remove any Student for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of Event policies. No refunds are guaranteed in cases of dismissal due to misconduct.

In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Event staff to seek emergency medical treatment for the Student if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical costs incurred.

I acknowledge that the Released Parties do not provide medical or health insurance coverage for participants.

I grant permission for photographs and/or video recordings taken during the Event that may include the Student’s image or likeness to be used for school or Event promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials, without compensation.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the Student’s participation in the Event or from the Student’s actions during the Event.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colorado.

If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing a ticket and/or permitting the Student to attend the Event, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability and agree to its terms voluntarily and knowingly.
