After Coffee

Do you have a story idea that you've been meaning to start? Or an essay or screenplay that needs a little love? Join us in person for After Coffee, a community-centered event similar to our previous event, Over Coffee, but held on a weeknight. It’s the perfect chance to write with peers and meet cool people. The majority of our time will be dedicated to writing, but we'll also hold space to discuss works in progress toward the end of our time together!

Unlike Over Coffee, we won’t provide caffeine, but we will have some drinks and snacks to help you focus.

Schedule:

6:30 pm - Roll in, get situated, and fuel up with refreshments

7:00 pm - Start writing! We'll play some ambient music as we write for one hour

8:00 pm - Time to share (if you want)

We'll break out in groups and talk through our writing.

Bring what helps you write, like headphones, a journal, or a computer.
