September 16 (Wednesday)
Wind Creek Montgomery

• Hotel check-in and networking. For discounted room rate, call 1 866 946-3360 and ask for Birmingham AFS discount ($129/night).
• Golf outing at Aroostook Golf Course beginning at 1:00 PM with 5 tee times reserved. Contact Jamey Reynolds ([email protected]) to reserve your spot.
• Happy hour planned at Itta Bena - 6:00-7:00 PM.
• Dinner and networking on your own at Itta Bena (fine dining), BB King's Blues Club (casual dining with live entertainment), and the casino.

September 17 (Thursday)
Main Event: Neptune Technology Group Tour in Tallassee

• Depart from Wind Creek-Montgomery for Neptune at 8:15a.
• Tour starts at 9:00 AM.
• PPE: Closed-toe shoes required. Neptune will provide safety glasses and ear plugs.

Lunch & Technical Session

• Return to Wind Creek-Montgomery.
• Lunch (included with meeting registration) at BB King's Blues Club at 11:30 AM.
• Presentation by Andrew Mitchell, Oplos Consulting, on ”Introduction to AI” for manufacturers.
• Event concludes at 1:00 PM.
